Campaigns and terms

• Holder provides a free transportation service to customers who pay at least 6 months of rent in advance
• Free moving service is provided by one moving specialist
• The maximum free moving time is up to 2 hours

The moving service time begins when the moving specialist (or two specialists) arrives at the customer's address and ends when all items are unloaded at our warehouse Holder.

If the moving activity lasts more than 2 hours, the following fees apply:

• 45 € / hour + VAT if the work is performed by one specialist

• 70 € / hour + VAT if the work is performed by two specialists

The number of specialists is agreed with the client before the start of work to ensure smooth and convenient service provision.

• Time is calculated with an accuracy of a quarter of an hour.
• Free moving service is valid for new Customers upon signing a lease agreement, only once when moving into the holder.ee warehouse.
• Free moving service is valid after signing a lease agreement and paying the first invoice.
• The moving service area is Tallinn and the surrounding area of Tallinn up to 20km, and the moving time is on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00 (remote areas and other times the moving is carried out for an additional fee).
• If the Customer does not appear at the agreed time at the address provided by him or her or is 30 minutes late, the moving service is considered to have taken place, and the repeated moving will take place according to the price list.
• The moving can be canceled or rescheduled by notifying at least 24 hours in advance.
• The Customer ensures that the items are in an easily accessible place, and the weight of one item does not exceed 30kg.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the items being moved are properly packed for transport and moving (packing services and packaging materials can be ordered for an additional fee by prior arrangement).  The moving specialist is not responsible for the maintenance of poorly or incorrectly packed items.
• Free moving service is only available for 1 month after the start of the rental period.

• During the campaign period, the minimum duration of the contract is 2 months.
• Campaigh is only for new customers.
• The campaign gives a 100% discount for one month from the first rental day, if the contract is signed during the campaign period. In addition, a deposit equal to one month's rent without discount is required.
• Since it is a discount, the money for the service will not be refunded in case of withdrawal from the contract. The deposit is fully refundable.
