Campaign Terms

• The maximum duration for the free moving service is capped at 1.5 hours.
  The time calculation starts from the moment the moving crew arrives at the customer's location and begins work. The clock stops when the crew completes the job.
  If the duration exceeds 1.5 hours, our moving crew's hourly rate of 50 EUR/hour + VAT applies.
• Time is accounted for with a precision of fifteen minutes, with every started quarter-hour being counted.
• The free moving service is available to new clients upon signing a rental agreement, for a single instance of moving into a holder.ee storage unit.
• The free moving service is valid after signing the lease agreement and paying the first invoice.
• The moving service area includes Tallinn and its immediate surroundings up to 20 km, with services available on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (moving outside these areas or hours is subject to an additional fee).
• If the Client does not show up at the agreed time at the provided address or is more than 30 minutes late, the moving service is considered to have been provided, and any subsequent moves will be charged according to the price list.
• Cancellation or rescheduling of the move is possible with at least a 24-hour notice.
• The Client ensures that the items are easily accessible and that the weight of any single item does not exceed 60 kg.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring that the items to be moved are properly packed for transport and moving (packing services and materials can be arranged for an additional fee).
• The moving crew is not liable for the condition of items that are poorly or incorrectly packed.
• The free moving service is available only within 1 month from the start of the rental period.

• The campaign is valid only for a limited time period, as specified in the campaign announcement. The duration of the campaign is from 02/01/2024 to 03/31/2024.
• During the campaign period, the minimum contract duration is 2 months.
• The campaign offers a 50% discount for the first two months of rent, provided the contract is executed within the campaign period. Additionally, a security deposit equal to one month's rent without the discount is required.
• As this is a promotional offer, should the contract be terminated, the service fee will not be refunded. However, the security deposit will be fully refunded.
